I was responsible for scaling base artwork across a full range of garment sizes, from XL through 4XL, while maintaining the integrity and proportions of the original design. This required understanding the underlying artwork and pattern system, then carefully adapting each element to ensure consistency across every size.
Once the sizing was finalized, I updated the production tech pack to accurately reflect the approved artwork. This included integrating brand assets, specifying Pantone colors, and assigning scale and placement specifications to each asset based on its production importance. The completed tech packs provided clear, production-ready specifications for sampling and manufacturing.

I was responsible for exporting key illustrative assets and assigning specific Pantone colors to each individual illustration to ensure accurate color production.
I also introduced the Hummel Pro North America design team to an updated Adobe Illustrator workflow that streamlined color specification. The updated process converted the assigned colors for each illustration into corresponding CMYK values and Pantone references, creating a more efficient and consistent system for preparing artwork for production.
